1. What do you charge for shipping?

Your shipping is calculated by the percentage of your total order and the zone in which it is shipped to. Once the item is in your cart, you will be able to see the shipping cost.

2. Is my credit card information secure?

Your shopping with StudentsFirstSchoolUniforms.com has been made safe through the use of SSL on our online server. To take advantage of secure shopping, you must have an SSL compatible browser such as Firefox, Safari, Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer. You can order on-line using our secure server, or by calling 910-868-4101.

4. What are your store hours?

At this time we are strictly Online ordering.† You may reach us by phone Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern time for questions about our products.

5. What is your return/exchange policy?

You may return any item within 30 days and receive a full refund minus delivery charges. Exchanges may be made within 30 days by following the instruction on the back of the packing slip. All items must be in re-saleable condition (except defective items) with original tags and not altered, worn or washed.† NOTE: For LOGO items you can exchange for another item but not refunded.

6. Is the clothing on the web site always in stock?

We strive to have all items available for immediate shipment. You will be notified of any item on back-order and the approximate date we expect to have that item available to ship.

7. What methods of payment do you accept?

Check or money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Orders paid by check will NOT be shipped until the check clears our bank.

8. Are your uniforms guaranteed?

We guarantee our uniforms for 1 school year against defects in manufacturing but not for normal wear and tear..

9. How many uniforms should I purchase?

This depends on your laundry schedule. We recommend a minimum of 3 tops and 2-3 bottoms per season, 1 sweater and a belt.

10. Are logo fees included in the price of an item?

There is an extra charge of $6.00 for logo fees.† Items that are already marked "w/logo" the price of logo is already included.
